Products & pricing

We work to display our products, specifications, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full. Lab-grown diamond grades are provided by our independent certification partner, IGI.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. If a ring size you select cannot be safely achieved on a particular setting without affecting the ring's integrity, we'll contact you to custom-make it in your size, hold the order, or refund it — your choice.

Sizing, shipping & returns

These are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.
