Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders

Every Precious Jewelry Outlet ring ships free within the United States via fully insured, tracked, signature-required FedEx delivery. No minimum order, no exclusions.

Processing time

• In-stock items: We process in-stock items within 5–7 business days.
• Made to order: Made-to-order items typically require an estimated 3–5 weeks for production. Please refer to individual product pages for specific production timings.
• Rush orders: For rush orders, please email us at preciousjewelryoutlet@gmail.com to inquire about possibilities. Please note that the chosen shipping method does not affect production time.

Shipping process

• Notification: Once your piece is complete, we'll send you an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
• Delivery: To ensure the security of your package, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• Failed deliveries: Costs incurred due to returned packages resulting from failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Average shipping times (processing times still apply)

• FedEx Ground (Free Standard): Delivery within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• FedEx 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• FedEx Overnight: Next business day delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
